feat(nav): "Alle Schauplätze"/"All locations" als ersten Dropdown-Eintrag

Eindeutig, dass der Punkt zur Gesamtuebersicht /schauplaetze/ fuehrt – das
Top-Level "Schauplaetze" ist Link und Dropdown-Toggle zugleich. weight -1,
damit "Alle" vor den Kategorien steht (weight 0 sortiert Hugo ans Ende).
