+In Jahr 2000 übergibt Carsten S. die Ceska-Pistole, samt Schalldämpfer und Munition in einem Abbruchhaus nahe des Chemnitzer Hauptbahnhofes. Mit der Waffe wurden Enver Şimşek, Abdurrahim Özüdoğru, Süleyman Taşköprü, Habil Kılıç, Mehmet Turgut, İsmail Yaşar, Theodoros Boulgarides, Mehmet Kubaşık und Halit Yozgat ermordet.

+Nach eigenen Angaben hält Carsten S. 1997/1998 zunächst Telefonkontakt mit Uwe Mundlos, Uwe Böhnhardt und Beate Zschäpe, die schon in der Illegalität leben. Die Informationen leitet S. an Ralf W. weiter. Als der Wunsch nach einer Waffe kommuniziert wird, schickt Ralf W. Carsten S. zu Andreas Sch.. Dieser besorgt die Ceska-Pistole und verkauft sie an Carsten S..  Daraufhin fährt S. nach Chemnitz, trifft sich dort mit Beate Zschäpe, Uwe Mundlos und Uwe Böhnhardt in einem Café und übergibt anschließend die Waffe in einem Abbruchhaus.

+Carsten S. ist der einzige Angeklagte, der ein umfassendes Geständnis abgelegt hat und sich bei den Angehörigen der Mordopfer entschuldigt hat.

+According to his own statements, Carsten S. first maintained telephone contact in 1997/1998 with Uwe Mundlos, Uwe Böhnhardt and Beate Zschäpe, who were already living underground. S. passed the information on to Ralf W. When the desire for a weapon was communicated, Ralf W. sent Carsten S. to Andreas Sch. He procured the Ceska pistol and sold it to Carsten S. S. then drove to Chemnitz, met with Beate Zschäpe, Uwe Mundlos and Uwe Böhnhardt in a café, and subsequently handed over the weapon in a derelict building.
